Free registration for members회원사 무료 등록
Please note that up to five participants per organization can attend free of charge, but the limit may be reduced depending on the pre-registration situation. Registrants beyond the free limit will be contacted individually by the Secretariat to request paid registration, and free registrants may be asked to confirm their attendance by email.
회원사는 기관당 최대 5명까지 무료로 참가하실 수 있으나, 사전등록 현황에 따라 무료 인원이 줄어들 수 있습니다. 무료 인원을 넘는 등록자에게는 사무국이 개별 연락해 유료 등록을 요청드리며, 무료 등록자에게는 이메일로 참석 여부를 확인할 수 있습니다.

Paid registration and payment유료 등록 및 결제
No payment is taken at registration. The Secretariat will email you a payment link and deadline. Your registration is complete once payment is received, and registrations not paid by the deadline will be cancelled.
등록 시에는 결제하지 않으며, 사무국이 결제 링크와 기한을 이메일로 안내드립니다. 결제를 마치면 등록이 완료되며, 기한 내 결제하지 않으면 등록이 취소됩니다.

Deadline and confirmation등록 마감 및 확인
Registration closes on Nov. 4 (Wed), 2026, and may close early once capacity is reached. On-site registration will not be available, so please register by the deadline. After registration closes, offline and online attendees will each receive an event guidance email, and online attendees will also get the access link. Please enter your email address correctly. All dates and times are in Korea Standard Time (KST).
등록은 2026년 11월 4일(수)까지이며, 정원이 차면 조기 마감될 수 있습니다. 행사 당일 현장 등록은 받지 않으니 기한 내에 등록해 주시기 바랍니다. 등록 마감 후 오프라인·온라인 참가자에게 각각 행사 안내 이메일을 보내드리며, 온라인 참가자에게는 접속 링크도 함께 보내드립니다. 이메일 주소를 정확히 입력해 주십시오. 모든 일정은 한국시간(KST) 기준입니다.

Changes and cancellations변경 및 취소
Cancellations and changes to your participation mode (offline/online) are accepted until Nov. 4 (Wed), 2026. Please contact the Secretariat by email. Refunds for completed payments follow the terms provided with your payment link.
취소와 참가 방식(오프라인/온라인) 변경은 2026년 11월 4일(수)까지 가능하며, 사무국에 이메일로 요청해 주십시오. 결제 완료 건의 환불은 결제 링크와 함께 안내되는 규정을 따릅니다.

On-site check-in and contact현장 등록 및 문의
Offline attendees can print their name badge at the on-site kiosk using the mobile phone number or email address entered at registration.
오프라인 참가자는 현장 키오스크에서 등록 시 입력한 휴대폰 번호 또는 이메일로 명찰을 출력할 수 있습니다.
